Overall Thoughts:

The Wet n Wild's To Reflect Shimmer Palette are part of the upcoming 2016 collection. There are three different shades in this collection that work well with different skin tones. They are slowly trickling into the drug stores so if you spot them I suggest you pick them up. These appear to be very similar if not the same as the Fergie Center Stage Collection - To Reflect Shimmer Palette in A045 - Rose Champagne Glow. The To Reflect Shimmer Palette in A066 - I'll Have A Cosmo is a super affordable beautiful silvery pink highlight that adds a beautiful glow to the cheeks that lasted about 7 hours on my skin. At first, it feels very grainy and rough in the pan due to the fact that it is a baked product but with use it does seem to become a bit smoother. It feels very lightweight on the skin and doesn't accentuate textured skin. I'll Have A Cosmo is very blendable and buildable. You can change the coverage depending on how you apply the highlighter. You can go from a very sheer look to a more intense opaque coverage by either wetting your brush with a fix/setting spray or by using a primer/cream highlight underneath. To date, I have used this as a cheek highlight, an inner eye corner highlight, and in the center of the eyelid for that dimensional pop of color. There is a slight powdery smell in the pan that isn't noticed when on the skin. The only thing that might lead people to pass on this highlighter is the fact there is a bit of fall out that can transfer on the skin throughout the day. I noticed that if I used a face primer and a setting spray in conjunction with I'll Have A Cosmo there was less shimmer transfer seen on the skin. I would recommend this shade for those with a fair to light skin with pink undertones but in true spirit if you like it then rock it. I will definitely be repurchasing this product because you get a ton of product with amazing pigmentation for the fraction of the price.
