Application: (Taken from the e.l.f. Cosmetics Website)
"Apply dry all over the eyelid with a brush for a subtle wash of color or apply wet for a vibrant effect. Choose a light color to apply all over the eyelid as a base or to highlight. Next, apply a medium shade over the eyelid or in the crease to contour. Then apply the darkest shade to define and line the eye for depth and a smoky look. Mix and match for a custom blended look. Beauty Tip: For a more intense look, spray a little of the Mist & Set on your brush to saturate the fibers prior to dipping into eyeshadow."

The e.l.f. Cosmetics Prism Eyeshadows collection has three different palettes. Prism Eyeshadow in #83322 in Naked is the more neutral tone palette of the three. These palette are extremely affordable but that doesn't mean their quality is cheap. On the contrary, these shadows are amazing. The palette is priced at $10.00 for six eyeshadows meaning that you are getting each eyeshadow for the price of $1.67. All six shadows are truly gorgeous metallic shades that are very pigmented. You can even rev up the intensity of the shadows by applying them with a dampened brush. Although, the eyeshadows do feel a little rough in the palette they apply smoothly on the eyelid. They are buildable and blendable working well with shadows from different brands. The mirror in the palette is helpful for those that will like to take this palette on the go but the only slight setback is the lack of a matte shade. Also, the included sponge applicator is garbage so don't even bother trying to get it work. There is some slight fall out if these shadows are used dry but is less noticeable when used with a dampened brush. To date, I have used the first two shades as a highlighter for my cheeks and inner eye corner. In my opinion, I feel that the last three shades in the Prism Eyeshadow Naked palette are very similar in the color shade range. During my workday, these shadows lasted about 7.5 hours till I noticed some fading but did not experience any creasing or shimmer transfer. I can't wait to pick up the other two Prism Eyeshadows to review them as well.
Repurchase:
I would repurchase this palette if e.l.f. Cosmetics considers to redo this Prism Eyeshadow collection and include a matte shade in it. If not, I would probably just wait for this item to go on sale before repurchasing.
