A recycled gold-mirrored plastic lid and gold-matte plastic bottom with a snap enclosure. The bottom has a gold sticker in the center with the name of the color shade and some company information in black. The UPC barcode is on the back as well. The lid has a clear plastic center which allows you to see the color. The name of the brand is in gold on the lid. It has a security plastic wrap that needs to be removed prior to use.

The Milani Cosmetics' Bella Eyes Gel Powder Eyeshadow describe 18 - Bella Emerald as a 'shimmering emerald green'. It is a dark forest green with a golden glittery shimmer when used dried but a metallic finish when wet.

Milani Cosmetics does not ship international you would have to go through a third party vendor. This formula does not work well with most brushes.

Overall Thoughts:

Milani Cosmetics currently has 31 shades in the Bella Eyes Gel Powder Eyeshadow collection. Number 18 - Bella Emerald is just a showstopper. This gel to powder formula allows for effortless application that sits lightweight on the eye and does not crease up. It catches the light simply gorgeous and gives you that dimensional pop to the eyelid. To apply, I wet my synthetic brush with MAC fix plus to get that intense metallic look that I just simply live and breathe for. I do recommend you pack on the lid because if you do brush strokes you will experience some fall out which tends to come with the glitter/shimmer territory. This shadow doesn't get chalky or crease up if you use other shadows on top of it. Although I do think the packaging is cute, they just fall short for traveling purposes. The snap enclosure can sometimes be a bit finicky to open but i usually just stick my nail in there. Since this collection is super affordable, we are in the process of trying to hunt down all 31 shades to review them for you. So far, there has not been a shadow that disappoints.
